Tom has a Business Science Masters in Organisational Psychology as well as a Diploma in Corporate Coaching from UCT. He has 12 years of coaching experience coupled with 4 years working in the Leadership and Organisational Development field. He has worked across 16 different sports at both professional and amateur level. He has operated as Mental Coach for The Stormers and Ajax Cape Town, High Performance Coach for UCT Rugby, and has consulted to numerous other organisations. He has also done some public-speaking, strategic facilitation and media work. He believes in co-creating solutions and that no one client is exactly the same as the other and thus a unique, solution-focused and empathetic approach is best for each particular client.
Rowan has Bachelor of Science degree from Berkeley University in the USA as well as significant executive level psychology-related education, as well diplomas in Executive Sports Management and Elite Sport Coaching from Sport Knowledge Australia. He has 15 years of international experience in the fields of performance management, leadership development, and human capital development strategy.
Craig has a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Organisational Psychology and a Post Graduate Bachelor of Commerce degree in Sports Management from the University of Cape Town. He has been involved in coaching for a number of years, both locally and abroad. He has experience in managing sports teams as well as consulting with individuals from school to professional level. Craig believes in co-creating unique and mutually beneficial partnerships, based on the specific characteristics of the individual or team, in order to drive performance.
